What Information is collected?
Kerclink members register with an email address and password to receive our offers,
games and contests that can only be viewed through our "Mini-Browser (Game Console)" software.
To receive payment the member will have to provide us with their name, and physical address.
Use of Information
A Kerclink member's email address will be used by Kerclink to periodically advise that member about offers,
games and contests that are available to them.
Confidentiality
Kerclink will not sell, rent or trade any personally identifiable information you provide without prior member consent.
However, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we may be forced to disclose individually
identifiable information to third parties. In the unlikely event we are forced to investigate or resolve possible

We use MaxOnline and other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site.

These investments mean that information about the identity of individual members is never accessible to anyone outside Kerclink
Review/Modify/Terminate Membership
Kerclink members may choose at any time to uninstall the KERclink program, and/or review, modify or permanently
inactivate all contact information stored by Kerclink. Once inactivated, a past member will no longer receive
any electronic communications from Kerclink. However, if you uninstall the KERclink program without notifying
us to remove your information, Kerclink reserves the rights to share, transfer, sell or license that inactive
past member's information in any form or manner.
